Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong Excel skills with experience in ERP systems considered a plus.
• Exposure to job costing, inventory, or variance analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the master production schedule (MPS) across all work centers.
• Balance demand, labor, equipment, and material availability.
• Establish and maintain realistic promise dates aligned with operations.
• Release work orders in priority sequence to support flow and due dates.
• Ensure routings and lead times are accurate and up-to-date.
• Adjust schedules based on constraints or changes to prevent line stops.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to align material availability with schedules.
