OWN, Inc. is an engineering firm with employee ownership, serving Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Field Services across Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas. The role focuses on leading geotechnical projects, delivering high-quality results, and fostering client relationships.

You will supervise project teams, manage scopes and schedules, promote safety, and mentor staff while supporting business growth and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical/Environmental Engineering or related field
• 10-15 years of geotechnical investigations, materials testing, environmental assessments, and/or drilling
• Strong project management and client-relations skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the OWN Experience by focusing on Clients, OWNers, Safety, Quality, and Financial Health
• Lead technical teams through all project phases
• Manage projects for quality, schedule, and budget
• Define scope, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress
• Enforce QA/QC procedures and company standards
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
• Conduct debriefs and drive continuous improvement
• Champion safety; ensure safe work practices
• Mentor and develop team members; conduct performance reviews
• Support onboarding, training, and skill development
