Job summary

Hanto + Clarke General Contractors, LLC in Jacksonville, FL, seeks an experienced Project Manager to own commercial construction projects from buyout through closeout. You will lead budget, schedule, quality, subcontractor coordination, and owner communications alongside the Superintendent to deliver successful projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as PM in commercial construction, deep knowledge of buyout, changes, pay apps, RFIs, and document control, and proficiency with Procore or

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on commercial projects.
• Deep knowledge of buyout, change management, pay apps, submittals, RFIs.
• Experience communicating with owners and design teams.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction-management software.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from buyout through closeout, including budget, schedule, quality, and documentation.
• Manage buyout, change orders, pay apps, and monthly cost projections.
• Coordinate subcontractors and enforce schedule and quality commitments.
• Lead OAC meetings with owners, architects, and contractors.
• Handle submittals, RFIs, procurement, and document control with accurate records.
• Oversee schedule, site logistics, safety in partnership with the Superintendent.
