Job summary

Lumicity, a well-established Commercial General Contractor, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee retail and shopping center projects across Florida. This is an immediate need for a senior-level PM who can step in, take ownership of projects, and operate with minimal oversight.

The role requires leading multiple projects, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders, and coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong PM/Senior PM background with a General Contractor.
• Experience with retail, restaurants, shopping malls or similar commercial projects.
• Projects range from approximately $500K-$70M.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once.
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, subcontractor management, and project delivery.
• Ability to step into the role and operate independently.
• Willingness to travel as projects require.
