Job summary

Charter Next Generation in Lexington, OH is seeking a Utility CDL Driver to join our team. You will operate CNG trucks and trailers, perform daily inspections, and ensure safe, on-time movement of product between production buildings and local warehouses.

This full-time role features a rotating 3–4 day schedule, 12-hour night shifts, and an earnings structure starting at $23 per hour with a $2.50 night differential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and Medical Card.
• Pass all DOT requirements and CNG road test.
• Ability to perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Transport product between production facilities and local warehouses in the Ohio region.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and trailers.
• Communicate maintenance needs to Fleet Manager to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to CDL, DOT, and SOPs and safety standards.
• Complete monthly CNG cornerstone training.
