Pacifico Energy LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the owner's construction organization on the Cedar Creek project, overseeing six discipline managers and coordinating with the EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract.

You will bring 18+ years in power or heavy industrial construction, 5+ years representing an owner on lump-sum EPC contracts, and a track record on projects above $1B with 1,500+ peak workforce, plus OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in power or heavy industrial construction.
• 5+ years representing an owner over an EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract.
• Track record on projects above $1B with 1,500+ peak workforces.
• Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the owner's construction organization across six disciplines.
• Govern the EPC contractor against contract, schedule and quality plan.
• Review and challenge the contractor's plans, sequencing and resourcing.
• Verify physical progress supporting payment claims.
• Drive early review of construction work packages and push back on weak scope.
• Escalate safety, quality and schedule risk early and clearly.
• Represent Pacifico in daily and weekly construction meetings.
• Monitor preservation and storage of equipment and materials across the site.
