Job summary
Pacifico Energy LLC is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager for the Cedar Creek project in the United States. You will oversee installation of generator connections, switchgear, transformers and busduct, and ensure electrical interfaces are tracked from boundary to installation.
Requirements include 12+ years in electrical construction on power plants with 5+ years in supervisory roles, and a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in electrical construction on power plants
- 5+ years supervising teams or projects
- Experience representing an owner over an EPC contractor on lump-sum contracts
- Hands-on experience with generator connections and medium voltage systems
Responsibilities
- Oversee installation of generator connections, switchgear, transformers and busduct
- Monitor cable installation, terminations and grounding across the plant
- Oversee lighting, small power and electrical balance of plant
- Track electrical interfaces at the project boundary
- Review construction work packages and flag scope or constraint gaps early
- Attend system walkdowns and identify punch list items
- Monitor preservation and storage of electrical equipment through to installation
