Pacifico Energy seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead the owner's construction organization on the Cedar Creek project, a 1,100 MW gas turbine development. You will oversee six discipline managers, ensure contractor alignment, and uphold safety and schedule discipline.
You will drive early risk mitigation, review contractor plans, and represent Pacifico in meetings, coordinating across sourcing, construction, and quality teams to deliver on-time, on-budget completion.

Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project built under a lump-sum EPC contract, with a site workforce peaking above 2,000. As Construction Manager you lead the owner's construction organization: six discipline managers, one EPC contractor, and the senior construction seat on the project.
