Job summary

Target is seeking a skilled Project Manager for Owned Brands PD&S to lead cross-functional product and packaging development from kickoff to results analysis. You will define project requirements with stakeholders, establish timelines and resources, and drive execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment on-site in Downtown Minneapolis.

You will coordinate with teams to optimize processes, manage risks, and deliver guest-focused outcomes that align with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in project management, program management, operations, or relevant experience.
• Strong communication and influence skills across all levels and functions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curious and committed to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Drive all phases of Owned Brand product and packaging creation from kickoff to results analysis.
• Define project requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders to establish deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Monitor progress, assess risks and conduct hind-sighting post-project completion.
• Identify efficiencies through analytics, reporting and state-gate improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making to support business strategies.
