PD Instore is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project workflow from intake through lifecycle, in an on-site Minnesota environment. You will partner with the Project Manager to ensure projects are defined and completed on time, with accurate system data and clear communication.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while supporting PD’s growth and safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Prefer technical/business education.

Aufgaben

• Serves Project Manager as primary contact and source of information on projects.
• Keeps accurate records on all projects in D365.
• Inspects proofs (color, accuracy, registration) and coordinates approvals.
• Follows safety and workplace policies.
