Walgreens offers an Owned Brand Commercialization Manager role in Deerfield, IL, focused on driving category sales and profit across assigned brands. You will lead cross-functional teams, forecast demand, and ensure product submissions meet consumer expectations while aligning with strategic targets.

The position requires collaboration with merchant, sourcing, regulatory, and analytics partners to develop new products, reformulations, and packaging ideas while maintaining brand guardrails.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in Merchandising, Product Development, Marketing.
• Experience with related financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with project management (planning, organizing, and managing resources).
• Experience delivering presentations to various audience levels.

Responsabilidades

• Sets targets for sales and gross profit for assigned categories.
• Leads cross functional team to define customer opportunity and product specs.
• Forecasts demand and understands logistics impact on fill rates and shelf life.
• Collaborates with external partners to identify product/packaging innovations.
• Develops categories through new product development and packaging ideas.
• Serves as Owned Brand product expert within category strategy processes.
• Steers end-to-end Owned Brand commercialization process ownership.
• Leads regular updates with regulatory/legal for substantiation.
• Mentors direct reports and sets performance goals.
