Grocery Outlet is seeking an Independent Operator to run an entire store with full responsibility for operations, profitability, and community involvement. You’ll oversee inventory, compliance, and financials while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer service.

Successful candidates will lead buying and merchandising, engage with local organizations, and drive sales and margins.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for retail and customer service.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop a team.
• Business acumen, including financial and operational management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, compliance, and financial oversight to ensure profitability and growth.
• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
• Buying & merchandising: leverage Grocery Outlet’s unique buying model to meet local community preferences.
