Grocery Outlet is seeking an Independent Operator to run your own store with full responsibility for operations, profitability, and community impact.

As the operator, you will oversee daily store functions, recruit and train a high-performing team, manage buying and merchandising, and drive growth while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll benefit from corporate support and uncapped earning potential in a flexible, entrepreneur-driven model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for retail and customer service.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop a team.
• Business acumen including financial and operational management experience.
• Willingness to relocate and complete training/onboarding.
• Drive to succeed and ability to work independently with Grocery Outlet support.
