Job summary
Farmers Insurance District 04 in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a CEO / Build Your Business to launch and grow a Farmers Insurance agency. This full-time on-site role targets proven sales leaders and entrepreneurial executives who want to build their own agency within the Farmers network.
You will develop strategies, recruit and lead a team, nurture client relationships, and expand the agency’s presence while leveraging district tools, training, and mentorship to create a sustainable, high-performing
Qualifications
- Experience in budgeting, revenue targets, and long-term growth planning.
- Enterprise mindset with ability to invest in marketing and leads.
- Proven sales leadership, pipeline development, and client relationship skills.
- Strong coaching and servant leadership to develop teams.
- Entrepreneurial ownership mindset and initiative.
- Knowledge of or interest in insurance and financial services beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
