AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team and own your book from Day 1. Earn through a 100% incentive-based structure with aggressive bonuses and brand recognition.

You'll build a multi-line insurance agency offering auto, home, life, and AAA memberships, while leveraging robust launch and marketing incentives to accelerate growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is preferred; if not held, you must obtain them at candidate's expense.
• Review and completion of a Business Plan / Cash flow analysis with AAA guidance.
• Learning & Development includes 4-week virtual training / live instructor class.
• AAA branded office space must be approved.
• 75K investable capital, funds ready and seasoned for 60 days; background and credit checks pass.
• Two licensed staff required.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members.
• Sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships alongside other products.
• Build a profitable multi-line agency with ongoing client service and development.
