Job summary

AAA - The Auto Club Group invites driven entrepreneurs to become Agency Owners and to launch and own a multi-line insurance agency serving AAA members. Earn commissions with strong growth potential in a supportive environment.

Candidates should have licensing or be willing to obtain P&C and Life/Health licenses, complete a 4-week virtual training, and secure investable capital. AAA offers onboarding plans, staff guidance, and a broad product suite.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing, preferred not required; willingness to obtain at candidate's expense.
• Review and completion of the Business Plan and cash flow analysis with AAA guidance.
• Participation in a four-week virtual training with live instructor.
• AAA branded office space must be approved.
• Investable capital of $75,000; funds must be seasoned for 60 days.
• Ability to pass background, criminal history and credit checks.
• Two licensed staff members recommended at opening.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a profitable, multi-line insurance agency serving AAA members.
• Sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, life products, and AAA memberships.
• Lead recruitment and manage licensed staff to deliver service.
