AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. Earn unlimited income through a 100% incentive-based compensation structure, with competitive new-business and renewal commissions and bonus programs to support growth.

The program offers an Agency Launch Bonus, marketing reimbursement, and Step-by-step onboarding with training and access to a vast network of experts to help you deploy and scale your agency.

Competenze

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred/not required). If not present, employer may provide at candidate's expense.
• Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis with AAA guidance.
• Learning & Development includes 4 weeks of virtual training/live instructor class.
• AAA branded office space approval is required.
• Must show investable capital of 75K and pass background/credit checks.

Mansioni

• Own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members.
• Sell property & casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products to a loyal client base.
