AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This opportunity offers 100% economic interest in your agency from day one, with an incentive-based compensation structure and access to member databases to support growth.

You’ll build a profitable multi-line insurance agency, selling Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Life, and AAA memberships. You’ll lead staffing, finances, and strategic planning to drive sustainable year-over-year profits.

Qualifications

• Licensing is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain licensing is required.
• Strong sales and business-building capabilities.
• Ability to develop and execute a scalable agency growth plan.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a profitable multi-line insurance agency for AAA Members.
• Sell property & casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships to a defined client base.
• Lead onboarding, recruit staff, manage finances and ensure compliance with AAA protocols.
