Farmers Insurance in the Pointes is seeking an Agency Owner to join as a full-time manager through multiple entry points. The role offers extensive training, financial assistance, and an opportunity to build a personal book of business within a nationally recognized brand.

You will drive new revenue, manage client relationships, and provide comprehensive insurance solutions while leveraging Farmers' products and industry know-how. Local candidates in Michigan are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales, account management, business development, and/or marketing experience is preferred.
• Experience in owning or managing a business is a plus.
• Strong track record of growing revenue and increasing the bottom line.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, as well as positive interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to submit to and pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check.
• Conducts themselves with the utmost professionalism and represents the company in a positive light.
• Ethical in dealings with clients, co-workers, and members of the community.

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow new business revenue.
• Manage client relationships to ensure that your clients' needs and requirements are met.
• Serve as their advocate within Farmers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of insurance solutions and options.
• Develop base for long-term sources of clients by using proven marketing systems, referrals, and groups to compile lists of prospects.
• Determine clients' needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and assessing current coverage and goals.
• Develop coordinated protection plans by quoting rates and implementing long-term strategies.
• Enhance agency reputation by taking ownership to accomplish new requests and add value to job accomplishments.
• Look for opportunities to develop monetizable solutions for clients and ensure superior customer service.
