Tennessee Farmers Insurance District 25 Office is seeking entrepreneurial Insurance Agency Owners to run an agency under Farmers Insurance. You will oversee daily operations, manage policies, develop sales strategies, and build relationships with clients and carriers.

We provide training and assistance with licensing, plus bonuses and a generous commission structure. Location discussions will occur; startup/branding bonuses are offered, with flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Sales, business development, financial, management, ownership or marketing experience.

• Desire to be active in your community.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.

Role Description

Start your entrepreneurship journey as an Insurance Agency Owner with Farmers Insurance. As an Insurance Agency Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the agency, managing insurance policies, developing sales strategies, generating new business via telephone/networking/other lead sources, and building relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

We have seen people from all backgrounds do very well in this industry and a large reason for that is due to the training and assistance we provide. Whether you're a teacher, veteran, law enforcement, retail manager, or in any other leadership role, we can help you achieve the dream of business ownership.

Qualifications

• Sales, business development, financial, management, ownership or marketing experience
