Job summary

TechTrans International, Inc. seeks a full-time contingent Systems Analyst/IT Specialist to support the Online Workflow Management System (OWMS) for Holloman AFB.

Based in Houston, you will translate operational needs into system requirements, validate enhancements, and provide Tier 1 help desk support to government and contractor users. Reporting to the IT Lead/PM, you will write requirements, execute test cases, assist with UAT, and maintain system documentation and user guides in coordination

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business systems analysis or IT support in government or commercial settings.
• Experience translating requirements into system specifications and user stories.
• Experience with functional testing or UAT for enterprise web applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between contract business operations and OWMS development to translate needs into system specs and user stories.
• Perform functional testing and validate OWMS enhancements before deployment.
• Support UAT and government sign-off for system updates.
• Maintain documentation, user guides, and process workflows.
