Job summary

TechTrans International (TTI) seeks a full-time Contingent IT Lead and Project Manager to own the Online Workflow Management System (OWMS) supporting the 704th Test Group at Holloman AFB. Based in Houston, TX, this role covers architecture, FedRAMP IL-4/IL-5 migration, and day-to-day operations with our in-house team.

The ideal candidate has US citizenship, Secret clearance eligibility, and at least 5 years in IT project management or web platform administration.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Minimum 5 years in IT project management or web-based platform administration.
• Experience with CMMC Level 2 or NIST SP 800-171 compliance.
• Experience with FedRAMP IL-4/IL-5 cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead OWMS deployment and architecture across IL-4/IL-5 environments.
• Coordinate with AFNET, DoD stakeholders, and TLs to meet milestones 1–8.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and 50 active users across teams.
• Maintain CMMC compliance posture and system security documentation.
