Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, providing guidance on human resources policies, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.


• Support and implement leadership development initiatives to cultivate leadership pipelines and enhance managerial capabilities.


• Manage and oversee compensation frameworks to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.


• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continual improvement across the organization.


• Facilitate performance management processes, including feedback mechanisms and employee development plans.


• Provide expert guidance to resolve complex employee relations issues while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or closely related HR role.


• Proven expertise in Human Resources practices, including but not limited to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), leadership development, and compensation management.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.


• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to guide decision-making and drive results.


• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
