Job summary

Camfil is seeking an Assembler/Packer to join its Riverdale facility. You will assemble components per approved drawings, pack filters, and maintain 6S standards while ensuring product quality. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of stable work history, basic math skills, and the ability to read safety rules and procedures. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Basic math including measurement and fractions.
• Ability to read, write routine reports and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow basic assembly/packing instructions and procedures.
• Maintain cycle times to meet standards.
• Assemble and pack products consistently throughout the shift.
• Visually inspect filters for defects.
• Stand/walk for the majority of the shift.
• Report issues to the Group Leader and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per procedures.
• Cross-train in other production areas as needed.
• Operate Pleater and other production machinery.
• Support production assembly as needed.
