Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of stable work history.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to speak English effectively to management and employees.
• Simple math may be required including use of measuring tape and fractions.
• Standing and walking for long periods is required; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly/packing instructions and procedures.
• Maintain production pace and quality while meeting standards.
• Visually inspect filters for defects.
• Operate Pleater and other production machinery as needed.
• Cross-train in other production areas as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with PPE rules.
• Work overtime as needed and support the team to reach goals.
