Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of steady work history, able to read safety rules, write routine reports, and communicate in English. Basic math and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Simple math including measuring with a tape, fractions, and basic calculations.
• Ability to speak English effectively to management and employees.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly/packing instructions and procedures.
• Maintain production pace to standard cycle times.
• Visually inspect filters for defects and ensure quality.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds as required.
• Operate production machinery and support assembly in different areas as needed.
