Job summary

FRAME Technical Services, LLC is seeking an Overtime Administrator to support the Overtime Management Group at Hanford Site. You will manage backshift and weekend overtime approvals, documentation, and filling, working with bargaining unit employees, field work supervisors, and managers to ensure overtime is justified and administered per site procedures and the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 8 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in workforce scheduling, dispatch, staffing coordination, or timekeeping.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook or scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Obtain management approvals for all overtime before work.
• Use OATS to contact qualified bargaining unit employees.
• Coordinate with supervisors on overtime justification and documentation.
• Coordinate with Hanford contractors for additional resources when directed.
• Calculate and reconcile overtime hours per procedures and the CBA.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
