Qualifications

Proven experience operating forklifts in warehouse or logistics settings.
Ability to maneuver oversized loads, including 8-foot pallets.
Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and varying weather conditions.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport freight within the facility.
Secure cargo to prevent damage during movement and storage.
Assist in staging, stacking, and organizing freight for outbound and inbound distribution.
Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs or safety concerns.
Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
