Job summary

LPC Personnel, Inc is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Houston warehouse team. This hands-on role focuses on safe operation of forklifts and related material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize inventory.

You will work with team members to maintain productivity, follow OSHA procedures, and ensure accurate inventory counts. A high school diploma or GED is required, and forklift certification is preferred or obtainable. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials
• Transport products and inventory throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Accurately store, stack, and organize inventory in designated locations
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and order preparation
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and operational guidelines
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals
