Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum six years of progressive management experience in a relevant operational environment.
• Experience managing teams of multiple locations and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in day-to-day management and operational oversight of the WIC Overseas program.
• Coordinate operations across approximately 38 OCONUS locations and oversee delivery-order activities.
• Monitor performance, drive process improvements, and assist with government reporting and contract deliverables.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, workload distribution, and personnel development.
