The WIC Overseas Program supports approximately 10,000 participants each month across approximately 38 OCONUS locations, providing eligible military families and other authorized participants with nutrition education, healthy food benefits, nutrition and health screening, and access to additional family resources.

The DPM will work closely with the Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, personnel, program performance, and delivery of services across a geographically dispersed OCONUS workforce.

  • Serve as a key liaison with Government representatives, installation personnel, organizational leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the Program Manager with operational continuity and assume delegated leadership responsibilities when required.
  • Travel internationally and domestically as necessary to support program operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nutrition, or a related field preferred; degree requirements may vary based on contract requirements.
  • Minimum six (6) years of progressive management experience in an office, production, healthcare, public health, human services, or comparable operational environment.
