Job summary

Choctaw Global seeks a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to lead the WIC Overseas Program, supporting the TRICARE Overseas Program Office and DoD. The DPM will oversee day-to-day operations across 38 OCONUS locations, coordinating a dispersed workforce and ensuring program performance and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of management experience in healthcare/public health, and 3+ years leading multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive management experience in an office/healthcare/public health setting.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams across multiple locations.
• Experience managing complex government programs with regulatory requirements.
• Strong personnel management, workload prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare reports and briefings.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.
• U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management and operational oversight of the WIC Overseas program.
• Coordinate operations across approximately 38 OCONUS locations.
• Oversee delivery-order activities; supervise multidisciplinary teams.
• Organize planning and execution of program activities.
• Support workforce planning, staffing, workload distribution, and performance.
• Interpret and apply government regulations and contract requirements.
• Prepare government reporting, briefings, and contract deliverables.
• Act as liaison with government representatives and program stakeholders.
• Travel internationally and domestically as required.
