Job summary

RGNext is seeking an experienced leader to oversee radar operations and mission execution for TRADEX on Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. You will manage a ~20-person team, coordinate with government partners, and ensure safety, procedures, and contractual requirements are met in a fast-paced defense environment.

The role requires a strong technical background in radar/instrumentation, extensive leadership experience, and the ability to relocate internationally to support mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM field.
• Ten or more years of experience supporting radar or instrumentation in defense.
• Experience with radar systems operation, maintenance, or testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Willingness to relocate to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
• Strong leadership and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee readiness, maintenance, deployment and mission execution of radar equipment.
• Lead a team of approximately twenty employees responsible for TRADEX radar operations.
• Coordinate radar support for test events and communicate with directors and government partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety, range procedures and contracts.
• Support ROM estimates and proposals for I&M projects.
• Manage budget for radar including labor and non-labor.
