Job summary

RGNext seeks an experienced radar operations and maintenance leader to oversee readiness, deployment, and mission execution of the TRADEX radar on Kwajalein Atoll. You will lead a ~20-person team, coordinate with government and contractor partners, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting proposals for modernization projects.

The role requires deep technical judgment, strong communication, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, high-stakes environment with strict security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or STEM related field.
• Ten+ years of relevant experience supporting radar or related defense systems.
• Experience with operation, maintenance, integration, or troubleshooting of radar/instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee readiness, maintenance, deployment, and mission execution of radar equipment and systems.
• Lead a team of ~20 personnel across operations and maintenance of the TRADEX radar.
• Plan and lead radar support for test events and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain regulatory safety compliance and customer relationships.
• Support ROM estimates and proposals for I&M projects.
• Relocate to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands as required.
