Job summary

Range Generation Next seeks a Project Manager for an overseas assignment on Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. You will define scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with stakeholders, oversee baselines and risks, and lead a team throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include cost and schedule management, status reporting, and ensuring compliance with DoD contracts. Requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; relocation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or experience in lieu of education.
• Two or more years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience with project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software and finance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Defines project scope, schedules, budgets, objectives and deliverables with all stakeholders; ensures technical feasibility.
• Documents project baselines and decomposes work into manageable components.
• Manages costs, schedules and quality; oversees project deliverables.
• Provides ongoing status reviews and risk mitigation recommendations.
• Interfaces with staff and stakeholders to manage changes in scope, cost and schedule.
