RGNext seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead complex DoD programs on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. You will define scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Relocation to Kwajalein is mandatory, with housing and meals provided, and potential for U.S. tax incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of education.
• 2+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience with PM methodologies, budgets, scheduling and financial concepts.
• Experience with architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases.
• DoD contract experience or knowledge of FAR.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Security clearance background and U.S. citizenship required.

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, objectives, and deliverables.
• Document baseline, decompose work into manageable components.
• Coordinate resources and team to ensure scope, timeliness and success.
• Oversee costs, schedules, and quality of deliverables.
• Review project status; identify risks and mitigation options.
• Manage scope changes and escalate issues early.
• Interface with stakeholders on changes to requirements, scope, cost, and schedule.
• Support RFP reviews and develop technical elements and estimates.
• Provide regular status reporting on performance.
• Develop and support PM processes and best practices.
• Support quality audits and compliance with RETS processes.
• Mentor other project managers and lead Communities of Practice.
• Lead the creation of new PM processes and improvements.
• Challenge non-value-add processes and propose alternatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and tools.
