Job summary

Parsons is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee overall project delivery, procurement, and field management for an OCONUS large-scale project on the Marshall Islands. The role requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll and a proven track record in complex construction management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 10+ years of vertical construction experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and client

This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll.

• Executing the delivery of complex construction on the Marshall Islands
• Working with architects and engineers to complete project design
• Assembling and managing the development of a strong project team
• Managing project meetings and client/trade partner relationships
• Tracking performance to meet and exceed schedule and financial goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field
• 10+ years of experience with vertical construction
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
• Demonstrated managerial capability with strong written and oral communication skills

Salary Range: $117,000.00 - $210,600.00
