Job summary

RGNext seeks a Project Manager for an overseas assignment at Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. You will define project scope, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure feasible and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing resources, tracking costs and timelines, and leading risk mitigation while maintaining clear communication with team members and customers. Requires U.S. citizenship and ability to relocate to Kwajalein.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or experience in lieu of education.
• Two or more years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience with project management methodologies, budgets, schedules, and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and defines the project scope of work, schedules, budgets, objectives, and deliverables.
• Documents the baseline for projects and decomposes complex work into manageable components.
• Identifies resource requirements and coordinates with staff to ensure timely completion and clear communication.
• Manages costs, schedules, and quality of deliverables.
• Performs ongoing reviews of project status and mitigates risks as approved.
