Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative support to prospects and students with quality assurance.
• Document all student contacts in CRM and schedule follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Education Services Officer and Education Center staff.
• Organize local Education Fairs, Open Houses and events representing UMGC.
• Analyze enrollments and local degree progression to aid scheduling and space allocation.
• Assist faculty with base access and lab management as needed.
