Amentum seeks a FRCS Cybersecurity Manager to support a government contract on Diego Garcia. The role will install, configure, operate, and maintain IT/OT systems and ensure strict security compliance across Navy networks and information systems.

The candidate must hold DoD cybersecurity credentials at the intermediate level for specialties 441/451/462, plus 5+ years of relevant experience. Must obtain/maintain required clearances and visas for deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; 4 additional years may be used.
• DoD Cyber Workforce credentials at intermediate level (specialty codes 441, 451, 462).
• Experience in austere OCONUS environments with multinational workforce.
• Familiarity with global, US, program and PWS requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain US passport and driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain/maintain facility credentials/authorization.
• Ability to pass medical contract requirements and deployment compliance.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret US Government Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Ability to obtain/maintain country-specific visas as required.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, operate, and maintain IT/OT hardware and software for FRCS.
• Advise program leadership on security and integrity matters.
• Maintain OT systems and networks, including hardware/software upgrades.
• Monitor OT performance and recovery processes for security.
• Participate in incident reporting and perform reporting.
• Ensure proper security clearances and privileged access controls.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and accreditation documentation.
• Maintain licenses and documentation; notify POCs of changes.
• Develop and maintain accreditation/certification documentation.
• Establish audit trails and reviews; archive records for reference.
• Define system performance, availability, and functionality requirements.
• Assist in site Certification and Accreditation (C&A) preparations.
• Review threats, vulnerabilities, and residual risk regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
