Job summary

Amentum seeks an FRCS Cybersecurity Manager to support a government contract on Diego Garcia. You will install, configure, operate, and maintain IT/OT for FRCS, applying Navy IT/OT policies and directives.

You will advise leadership, manage access controls, and sustain secure operations across control systems. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, incident reporting, accreditation support, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer science, or Information Systems with 5+ years of prior relevant experience; plus 4 additional years may be utilized.
• Credentials meeting DoD Cyber Workforce requirements for specialty codes 441, 451, and 462 at the intermediate level.
• Experience in austere OCONUS environments with a multinational workforce.
• Familiar with current global, US, program and PWS requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain US passport and driver’s license for deployment.
• Must obtain/maintain facility credentials/authorization.
• Ability to pass medical contract requirements and deployment requirements.
• U.S. citizenship required for Secret clearance; must obtain country visas as required.

Responsibilities

• Support government execution of Cybersecurity Program for all control systems at the site.
• Advise USG and Program leadership on security matters.
• Maintain OT systems and networks; include hardware and software.
• Monitor performance and recovery processes to ensure security features.
• Participate in incident reporting and provide reports.
• Ensure users have required clearances, access, and privileged user agreements.
• Assist in accreditation and certification documents; upgrade/change controls.
• Establish audit trails and review system logs; archive records.
• Define system performance and availability requirements.
• Assist in site Certification and Accreditation preparations.
• Review threats, vulnerabilities, and residual risk; perform continuous monitoring.
• Other duties as assigned.
