Job summary

Amentum, a global leader in advanced engineering and professional services, seeks an FRCS Cybersecurity Manager for a government contract on Diego Garcia. You will install, configure, operate, and maintain IT/OT systems, enforcing Navy IT/OT security policies and directives.

You will advise leadership, manage incidents, maintain compliance, and drive accreditation and certification efforts while coordinating with multi-national teams in austere environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, CS, or Information Systems with 5+ years of relevant experience; 4 additional years acceptable.
• Credentials meeting DoD Cyber Workforce specialty codes 441, 451, 462 at intermediate level.
• Experience in austere OCONUS environments with multinational workforce.
• Familiar with current global, US, Program and PWS requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US passport, driver’s license, and facility credentials.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Ability to obtain country-specific visas as required.

Responsibilities

• Support Cybersecurity Program for control systems per Cybersecurity Roles and Responsibilities at the site.
• Advise USG and Program leadership on security matters.
• Maintain OT system and networks, including hardware and software.
• Monitor OT performance and recovery to ensure security features function properly.
• Participate in incident reporting and conduct reporting.
• Provide customer support and ensure users have required clearances and privileges.
• Assist in accreditation and certification documentation package creation and updates.
• Establish audit trails, system logs, and periodic reviews; archive records.
• Prepare site Certification and Accreditation (C&A).
• Review threats, vulnerabilities, and residual risk; perform other duties as assigned.
