Job summary

Amentum seeks a FRCS Cybersecurity Manager to support a government contract on Diego Garcia. You will install, configure, operate, and maintain IT/OT systems, applying Navy IT/OT policies and safeguarding operations critical to infrastructure.

You will advise leadership on security posture, coordinate access, manage incidents, and drive accreditation efforts while operating in a demanding austere environment with a multinational workforce.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering, CS, or information systems with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• DoD Cyber Workforce credentials for specialty codes 441/451/462 at intermediate level.
• Experience in austere OCONUS environments with multinational teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US passport, driver's license, and facility credentials.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, operate, and maintain IT/OT hardware and software for FRCS.
• Advise program leadership on security and integrity of Navy networks and systems.
• Maintain OT systems, monitor performance, and ensure security controls and compliance.
• Participate in incident reporting and coordinate access reviews and permissions.
• Prepare site Certification and Accreditation documentation; establish audit trails.
