Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Antenna Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, installation, and repair of HF antenna systems on Diego Garcia for a US government contract. You will ensure PM/AIMP execution and compliance with the PWS and QMS, while coordinating with government personnel.

The role requires climbing, working at height, coordination of multi-national teams, and readiness to deploy to a remote BIOT site.

Qualifications

Engineer or technician with antenna and outside plant experience in varied HF antenna systems.
Completion of Basic Corrosion course within six months or equivalent training.
Five years’ antenna maintenance and operations experience.
Three years’ supervisory experience in austere OCONUS environments with multinational teams.
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US passport and driver's license.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain country-specific visas as required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and perform antenna maintenance, installation, and repair in compliance with PWS and QMS.
Inspect and maintain designated HF antenna structures and related systems.
Coordinate corrosion control, climb towers, and work at full height in accordance with OSHA.
Lead a multi-national team and ensure timely PM/AIMP execution.
Maintain safety, security, and access in secured areas with government personnel.
