Responsibilities

• Process refunds for Medicare, Medicaid, Champus, Federal, and other accounts.
• Assemble and submit documentation for refund approvals.
• Answer customer service calls and assist with account inquiries.
• Contact insurance carriers and guarantors regarding credit balances and payment issues.
• Handle correspondence related to credit balances and refunds.
• Process payment transfers and research canceled checks.
• Retrieve and process NSF checks from secured websites.
• Investigate unidentified payments and account discrepancies.
• Report recurring account processing errors.
• Maintain knowledge of ETM systems and procedures.
• Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.

• Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
