Job summary

Wedgwood Christian Services seeks a part-time UC Program Overnight Youth Treatment Specialist to supervise and support adolescent residents in a residential setting.

You will assist with treatment activities, document care, and maintain a therapeutic, safe environment while coordinating with staff and supervisors. Prior clinical exposure is valued; valid driver's license is required, and bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• English speaking required; Spanish preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related field preferred.
• Experience supervising adolescents with emotional/behavioral disorders preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform bed checks at least every 15 minutes within the residential program.
• Document accurate records and reports on bed checks and client behaviors.
• Create a therapeutic milieu marked by warmth, empathy and respect.
• Assist in development, implementation, and evaluation of client treatment programs and related activities.
• Observe and monitor client behaviors and enforce interventions, including crisis safety.
• Provide a stable, positive role model and supervise residents with appropriate boundaries.
• Oversee health and wellness, assist with meals, hygiene, and schedule medical appointments.
• Transport residents as needed and participate in team/supervision meetings.
