Samaritas in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Youth Specialist II to support youth in an ILP staff-supported housing setting. The role is overnight and focuses on safety, structure, and healing for adolescent girls transitioning from foster care to independent living.

You will provide supervision, emotional support, and crisis response while documenting incidents and coordinating with Case Managers and ILP Coaches. A strong driver’s license and a passion for trauma-informed care are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services or 60 college credits required or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience or interest in working with youth in high-stress environments preferred.
