Job summary

Abraxas Youth & Family Services is seeking an Overnight Youth Monitor/Youth Development Technician to supervise clients during sleeping hours, ensuring safety and security. You will complete and document regular room checks and assist in the morning wake-up routine, guiding and educating clients to promote growth and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Criminal clearances (State, local, FBI if needed).
• Non-communicable diseases physical exam, drug test.
• Valid unrestricted Driver's License.

What You'll Do

As an Overnight Youth Monitor/Youth Development Technician, you will supervise clients during the sleeping hours in a manner that ensures their safety and security. You will complete and document regular room checks throughout your shift. You will also assist in the management of the morning wake-up routine by educating, guiding, and directing clients in a manner that promotes their growth and development.
