Job summary

Family Services is seeking a Youth Development Specialist for the overnight shift (11:00 pm–09:00 am). You will supervise clients, implement behavior management, and provide social and recreational activities to help clients reach treatment goals. Meals are provided during shifts, with a $3/hour differential on 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.

Required: High School Diploma or GED; 0–2 years of experience with youth. Preferred: Bachelor's in Human Services or related field.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of experience working with youth is required.
• 21 years or older per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients at all times and ensure safety.
• Implement the program's behavior management system.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in team decisions.
• Complete Daily Behavioral Summary forms and any incident reports.
