NARA Northwest seeks a Residential Assistant to supervise and support youth overnight in a residential treatment center in Gresham, OR. You will perform safety checks, rounds, and ensure a calm, therapeutic environment while following program policies.

Driving clients to appointments and handling shift documentation are key parts of the role. The position requires CPR/CPI and Food Handler certifications, a valid driver’s license, and a clean background.

Formación

• Experience in overnight youth supervision or residential settings.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and youth development.
• Experience maintaining safety and documentation during night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overnight supervision and support to youth in a residential setting.
• Conduct safety checks, bed checks and rounds to ensure resident safety.
• Drive clients to appointments as needed.
• Maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic environment and enforce rules.
• Respond to emergencies and resident needs; administer medications as directed.
• Complete shift logs, incident reports, and communications records.
• Support morning wake-up routines and light housekeeping.
